my state,s.c. In 6/01 we enrolled in a medical discount card program over the internet and payed $69.00. We had received an e-mail and it listed many providers right here in our area and it offered medical, dental, vision, prescription etc. We continued to pay $49.00 thru nov.01, when I went back to the website and found that now the only providers were physical therapists and a few pharmacies. Shouldn't we have been notified when the whole list of providers dropped so low and we were not getting anything close to what was represented to begin with? They still have a website, but doesn't mention what state they are in etc. so don't know who to contact to complain. any help??? please

Call the Federal Trade Commission and your state's consumer protection unit, but so far as the $69 is concerned, it's lost.
