Is the medical expenses for a child automatically included in child support?
usually and i do mean usually they are not. CS does not include anything but child support for support. And usually having the child or children on insurance is what you would be required to do. That is not included in CS. I know my ex and I are ordered to pay 50% of uninsured bills or anything uninsured. Similar in most states.
