What are the statute of limitations to file a lawsuit in the State of Illinois for a doctor assaulting a patient?

Dear BulDawg7;

I'm almost afraid to ask, but, what do you mean by "assaulted"?

Aside from filing a complaint with the medical licensing board, you may be able to bring criminal charges against him/her. You didn't give enough information to make a clear recommendation, though. If you are interested in filing a formal complaint against the doc, I can help you with that.
But you will have to be more specific.

Pam
