My husband had total knee replacement in Dec. 98 (in MD). Has had problems ever since. He is now in V.A. hospital undergoing IV antiobiotic treatment for staph infection in knee. After looking at X-rays, the Ortho Dr. (at V.A.) told us that the infection was indeed a problem, but that the real problem was in the prosthesis itself, that it didn't fit, was too loose, and he would have to undergo another total knee replacement surgery anyway. This info updates my 2 previous posts. Do I have a case against original surgeon? Or a statute of limitations problem.
Thanks.

Based on your previous posts, and that you have not added anything significant, I still opine that you do not have a case since you waited too long. A Statute of Limitations problem.
