medical records being moved without consent

What is the name of your state? ILLINOIS Physcians denied new contract with present company, physcian are staying company moving and removing all records i do not want mine to go, Is there somehow to request it stay at present clinic? this company is requireing us pay the maximun set by the comptrollers office to copy our records inorder to keep them there (not fair) my records has less than 20 pages some outher have well over 400 pages Is there any legal way to keep it there?
