medical tourism

hello all

my question is...
I want start a medical tourism consulting website.... I want nothing to with arranging the fight of the procedures or the procedures themself...what I'll be doing is capturing data and trying to get a referral fee from companies that deal with setting up fights and the medical
procedures ..
so would what kind of protection do I need.
I'm based out of Canada

We only deal with US law, and even if you were in the US, you are WAY outside the scope of something we could describe in a single forum post.

You should see if there is any small business assistance (often libraries are a good place to start).
