I was adjudicated for criminal sexual assault when I was 12 years old In Illinois, back in 1999, and just got the case expunged today. I am about to turn 38, and I am wanting to get my phlebotomy license. I am curious if I will need a Medical Waiver to work in the medical field, even with en expunged charge? Any information helps.

I would suggest that the more appropriate folks to ask would be the people that issue the Medical Waiver.
