My husband has been on social security disability and is covered by Medicare & a Medicare Supplement. He is 62 and would like to return to work full-time but is concerned about losing his health coverage since he is certainly not insurable. Is there any provision to retain medicare is he returns to work?

If you go back to work and are on disability and your benefits stop as a result. He will be entitled to keep his Medicare coverage for 36 months. He'll of course have to pay for the Part B premiums, the Part A has no charge. Moreover, if he stops working within the 36 mo time frame he simply calls Social Security Administration and inform them and he will not have go thru the claims process as he did before.
