my mom lives in Ohio. she has had the same insurance for years but has never had to use it. recently she had some heart problems and need to have some tests run in the hospital. the insurance company is denying all claims because they said since she is old enough for medicare (which she doesn't have-didn't think she needed it yet since she had insurance) they won't pay anything. suggestions? advice?
