What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? FloridaI when I get Medicare at age 65, im currently 64 and had major hospital bills that my insurance doesn't cover, two major surgeries this year, will Medicare cover these costs

No. No insurance coverage, including Medicare, will ever cover a bill incurred before the policy took effect.
