Hello, I am in NC and I am trying to get a refund for a $160 purchase of Megafirm from RANA Enterprises, LLC
(in Maine I think?) which I was not satisfied with because it caused me to have headaches and dizziness.

The company offered the following 30-day guarantee: "Simply use the entire MegaFirm System as directed, and if you are not satisfied with your results simply return the entire program (including empty bottles) for a full refund". I tried the product for 30 days and called two days later to request a refund and the customer service manager denied it in that according to him I did not meet the requirements because I did not call for the refund within 30 days of the delivery to me from UPS.

My point is that the refund information is misleading (probably intentionally so) and I followed it as I interpreted it and tried the product for 30 days, was unsatisfied, and called 2 days later for a refund. So, my question to you is do you think I have any grounds to make this company give me a refund without spending more than the refund amount?

Thanks, Julie
