Does anyone know what a "memorandum of law" and if I have to respond to it? There were a series of error made by a conference officer and now I have a "memorandum" of law filed by the other side in my case. This was filed separately from the demand of de novo hearing. I don't know if this is for me or against the conference officer.
Second question, will there be a separate hearing based upon this memorandum?
