Connecticut but the house is in Florida. My mom is selling her house and we have a living trust (Revocable I am on the trust) I was contacted by the person handling the closing saying needs memorandum of trust or Certificate of Trust
are there forms to get or do I need a lawyer to do this? For what reason does she need this?
Thanks
