What is the name of your state?Ohio
Okay, we had the trial this morning, and luckily, the plaintiff made herself look like a liar with her several different versions of the alleged menacing. The officer defending her even stated that it was an altogether different scenario. I didn't even have to take the stand, YEAH!!! The public defender in the courtroom was different than the one I had met with prior. I was very pleased with his representatoin, and have regained my faith in the system.
Now I have a quick question, I have read other postings reguarding if the charge will still show up in a records search, even though it was dropped altogether. Will it be gone? :D

"Will it be gone?"

Yes; there may be, however, records of your arrest somewhere, but generally even those are supposed to be closed to the public once a defendant has been found not guilty.

Thank you seniorjudge

Thank you for the quick response, I wasn't ever arrested, they did file an O.R. bond and arrest on the dockets, but I guess that is part of the process. It was dropped completely, I just hope this will help me in the other pending cases involving the same parties. They actually postponed another case in a different county in hopes that my being charged would hurt my character for their defense. Two cases closed, one more to go! Can't wait till it's over, it has costed me too much sanity and money.
