FROM ARIZONA, i underwent what i thought was burn out getting voilent, abusive, and when the company started to question on work issues i had another episode so extreme my doctor put me on work release, since then i have under gone counseling and medications to no avail. this started in mid. feb now the company had demaned more work from me or face being fired i was still on release and they fired me in june 01. since then i have seen a md physcirtrist and have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder recent manic and have changed medications which have seemed thus far to turn down the mood swings a bit but not near enough for work release at this time according to my doctor but this has just started in the last month. according to both counsler and physchrotrist my condtion was not just recent but a long time in coming stemming from years back. what rights do i have for back pay and or insuranse claims and or lawsuit for unlawful firing while fighting this disorder.
