What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? FL
I think the girl who processed my app was eager to sell me the lease. Anyway, might there be a statute of limitations to collect, and especially if on my app I mentioned my cat? If not and I leave and they take it out of my SD would I have a case? I think I would, especially since LLC has up to the amount of my SD. Okay, but the 'non-refundable pet fee" isn't necessarily meant for pet damage, and my lease agreement just says to have a pet there is a fee. But again, I mentioned my pet... they write up agreement without pet fee box checked, per the generosity, selfishness, or just absent-mindedness of their employee -on behalf of the company... deal done no? I just don't feel justified handing them $300 for my clean little cat unless they can pull up a bill beyond 1k or whatever the sufficient deposit was.
