I entered into an agreement from a modeling agency to have him take pictures and provide certain things stated on the contract. That was 1/4/00. To this date, we have not received the 100 zed cards that the pictures were being taken for. I have contacted and met with the business owner several times but he continues to lie to me saying that I will be able to see the prints by certain dates and never follows through. I have reported him to the Better Business Bureau already but a forum friend of mine said that I should contact our local DA. She said that a whole new package of protections became law in January to better enable parents to recoup their costs for services promised and not rendered by managers and other "service providers". I have been trying to search the web to find these laws but I'm not sure where to look. Is this true and can you help me find them? Thank you for your help.
