Well.....What can I say except for thanx....very very much for your imput, How wonderful this site is. I did not fire the Attorney, mostly because I was looking for a response before I went to his office that day. My fault of course for waiting till the last moment.
He has gone on vacation(the Attorney) Which incidently, he thanked me for paying for.
He did appear at the hearing on the 22, postponing it again till the 10th of July. Which would be the day after his vacation ends. But I had a meeting with him on the 15th of June, requesting that he go to the jail and speak directly with my Brother. He did say that he would, but it would not be till after his vacation. However he set the court date For Monday July 10th, which means that he will not be able to see my brother before the hearing. Also at the postponed hearing, he stood up and represented one of the co-defendants, Which? I think? is conflict of interest, Also stating infront of the entire court room, "Your sister almost fired me for a pair of shoes!" (a hole nother story) I'm paying this guy $7,500.00 to represent my brother, not one of this co-defendants, which incidently, ratted on my brother, after giving him a gun, stating in the police report, that he was afraid to not give it to my brother because of a violent history, which is an out and out lie?
This Attorney is so smoothe, he makes you feel like hugging him after he Screwed you with such diplomacy...So.....I certainly appreciate your imput, and any other imput would also be greatly appreciated. thanx so very much......
Smiles....Suni

Remember my disclaimer as usual.

Well, I am always glad to hear back from people. I think you do need to fire your attorney. You have the absolute right to terminate the relationship and get a new attorney. Your former attorney must give all materials back to you. I think you need to report him to the bar.

I hope I have great cheeks! Thanks!
