Messing up my credit!

My exhusband is delinquent on a car loan that has my name on it. I have asked him to remove my name. How can I legally get my name removed. He's recently remarried. Washinton State

I would check with your local attorney to see if there is a way your state would allow you to sign it off to him as a gift.

Or pay off the debt and sell the car.
