I have a good friend whose wife had him arrested 2 times claiming abuse though there was none and had him removed from his house (the second time after the bills and rent were paid). I know this man for years and he has treated her like gold. He loved her, bought her anything and everything and was a good provider for his 2 children (who are citizens) and her other 3 children from a preivious marrage whom he put through private school for their education because they were illegal. She told him ounce that she never loved him but was greatful to him and would give him 2 sons which she did. She was depressed after his 2nd son was born and ran off back to mexico where he went to get her back and paid dearly to get her a temp visa so he could get his kids back. After she had him removed from the house, she moved taking EVERYTHING! He had about $70,000 dollars worth of custom jewlery he designed for her and some for him. She took everything of value that was his and when his land lord call for him to pick up what remained it was all garbage. He is not a rich man but a skilled working man. She cheated on him with a former coworker of his (she thinks he doesn't know) and now has him in court for support of her and the children. How can our government allow, even support her efforts without proving her claims (social services). Why is the tax payer screwed while she gets her way. He want his kids and now doesn't want to give her another red cent. In the mean time she wants 700 a week in support and maintaince and all he ever did was do the right thing. What are the chances of him getting his US citizen kids and can she be deported. If not how does he not end up getting --(you know!) What if anything can he do or does the law support nice guys finishing last.
