I was hit by a drunk driver 10 years ago and the insurance company is Liable for my medically necessary needs for the rest of my life. I am a double above knee amputee trying to recover a wheelchair modified vehicle from the company that is saying that if I can use my upper limbs that they do not have to accommodate my needs. I need to know if there is any case law in the State of Michigan that requires them to comply.
