Am I required by Michigan law to accept insurance from my employer if I am already insured by my spouse's employer?

No, not by Michigan law (or any other state). But you might be required by the terms of your employer's contract (they may have a 100% participation requirement). It is also not impossible that your spouse's employer may have a requirement that if you become eligible for coverage with your own employer, you can no longer be covered on theirs. Either possibility is legal, but it is a contractual issue, not law.
