Hello, I'm a pre-med student in texas, and I'd like to ask for your advice. I received an MIC last night at the halloween party and wanted to know if there is anything i can do? Can i get it expunged? I'm worried about applying for medical school in the future and would like to remove this from my record. Also how much will this likely cost me?
I've been reading around and it suggested to get a "pre-trial diversion" and ask for community service and pay your bill for it, and you'll be square, is this correct/the advisable route to take?
