My 18 yr old daughter recently received an MIC in Lewisville Texas 75077. She was told to submit to a breath test....She was not told she had the right to refuse the test....
I've been told that the police are required to notify the subject that they have the right to refuse the test. She says the others at this party were bullied into taking the test.....BTW she blew a .003.....
Are the police required to inform the subject of their right to refuse the test?
