I recently just got an MIP at the beach, and I blew a .092. This was my second MIP, and the first one I used the diversion program and completed it about a year ago. What type of fines and penalties am I looking at? If I plead guilty, will I most likely get just a fine, or is there a possibility that I will have jail time or other consequences?
