What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Michigan

Can anyone tell me what the law is regarding MI sales tax & online sales?

If I am selling a consumer product online am I to charge a MI sales tax to MI residents & not MI residents? What about sales outside the US?

Do I also charge a sales tax on shipping & handling?
