Initial charge by police: Felonious Assault
Changed by prosecutor to: Assault with a dangerous weapon
Conviction: 750.812 (Domestic Violence)
Date of conviction: 10/14/2001

Additional convictions since 10/14/2001: none

Since conviction:
1, Earned GED and graduated college with AAS in Computer Programming
2, Held employment with only one 3 month unemployment stint in 2007
3, Own house
4, In 10 year healthy relationship with 2 children. (NO HICCUPS)
