hi,i'm currently in japan with my husband.my state of legal residence is maryland, his kentucky. we moved here right after i graduated from nursing school(a year ago),therefore i haven't had the opportunity to get experience. we're filing for a divorce, have already agreed to a split in property and bills, but he now wants to rush the divorce before i leave and i am afraid that since i don't have experience in my field, i won't be able to be employed right away. there are no children. we have a history of abuse(physical/verbal)and i think the split of property is unequal. most of the stuff i'm keeping is stuff my mother gave to me except for a timeshare. if i were to fight this in maryland instead of just agreeing to his terms, what would be my chances? any other info. needed, plus a copy of the separation agreement can be arranged. help!! asap! i'll be leaving japan hopefully by the end of june. kelly randolph
