State: Illinois
Legal Residence: Texas
Problem: I'm currently in the military stationed in the state of Illinois. I leased two new cars and am currently in the second year of both cars. When I asked if there was a "military clause" prior to execution of the lease, the dealer/sales rep said "Yes there is..." Now, I've received orders to Italy and the company states there is no special allowances for military members to allow early termination without penalties. Is there some way to get out of my lease early without the penalties?
