In a rural area, if one owns 40 acres and the mineral rights to that property, is there a Federal law prohibiting the placement of restrictions on the property?
We looked at a large piece of property, and we would like to use a small (one acre) area for my husband & I only to part out vintage cars to sell the parts. Not a large operation. No heavy equipment. The restrictions state " no junk yard, or junk cars" (among other things)
