What are the minimum dietary standards for a person incarcerated in the state of Illinois? I have a family member who is being starved. He's lost 20 pounds or more because the food is so inadaquate. How do I find out what is basic human right concerning calorie amounts for prisoners in Illinois? I am afraid he will die of starvation before he is released.
