I met with my insurence agent and he tried to pass blame for things that were done wrong on our claim off to the our adjuster, that we have been told by both the agent and the adjuster that he was done with us. Our policy reads replacement cost, but he says he wont give use more than what was estimated replacement cost. What does replacement cost actually mean in an insurance policy? He also says that they will not cover shipping. I do not feel like the agent is helping us understand anything and that they are trying to take us for all that t is worth. Should I contact a lawyer?
