My son was arrested last night for dui. He is only 17 years of age. We live in CT. What will happen to him? He did take a breathalizer and was 1.0 once and 1.2 the second time. What do I do know?
Thank-you,
Karlene

I was recently in a similar situation as your son. You will probably want to call a lawyer and talk to them. Ask your son about what the officer said to him specifically and tell your lawyer because there is a certain due process in many states that protects fundamental fairness of citizens. I am not sure if it applies to minors. I hope i helped you.
