What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Michigan:confused: My son was 12 years old when he was accussed of molesting a 6 year old. There was DNA but he was EXCLUDED as the donor. It matched closer to her DNA. He was found guilty, we don't know why. He has taken a private polygraph test and now a state licenced polygraph test and he PASSED both with flying colors. Our lawyer says that is not an easy thing for anyone to do, but he did! They (the court) said they are not interested in the first polygraphy and we still waiting word on the second. He goes back in front of the judge on the 10th of Nov. Do the courts have to drop this now or what? It's more than aparent to everyone he didn't do this. Even the judge told our lawyer he thought we had won, but the jury found him guilty. What can we do now? PLEASE HELP!!!!

What does your attorney say?

No one here is going to second guess the attorney who knows all the facts.

I don't know what happened, but there clearly must have been more than what you've reported for a jury to find him guilty.

minor involved in a csc case

Those are all the facts. I live in a county where it's the "good old boy" system. The judge, prosecutor and the p.o. are all friends even on face book. My lawyer knows this kid is innocent, but every time he goes to the court house they throw up another roadblock. No dna, passed two polygraphs, this kid innocent from the word go. He was playing a video game and was supposed to have done this terrible thing to her and then went right back to playing the game I DON'T THINK SO!! The girl even admitted on the stand that her father told her what to say! She didn't know way she was there and she was waving and smiling at my son the whole time. Does that sound like he had done anything to her? Not to me.
