What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MN my son and daughter went to a friends house. The father,a bartender, gave them alcohol my son drank. He wanted the adult to leave his sister alone. Several other "bad" things happened. The next day my kids told me what happened, I called the police. Now my son is being charged, he did the right thing. I told him to tell the truth. Guess I was wrong.

Is the man who allegedly provided the alcohol also being charged? if not, is that because he is denying providing them the alcohol?

Understand that unless a gun was held to his head, your son may have also broken the law in your state by consuming the alcohol.

What code section has he been charged under? Is it a state or local code section?
