Our development team, operating by Indiana State Law, would like to set up certain contracts to ensure proper protection against intellectual property theft. However, some of our team members are under the age of eighteen. Is there any sort of law established that allows minors to sign legally binding contracts with parental consent? If not, is there any possible method by which a minor can sign a legally effective contract? Thank you in advance for your time and advice.
