minor's name on deed

we live in indiana. We mistakenly put the kid's name on our deed. How do you get them off?

I also have a similar situation. I live in Ohio. My parents placed my minor son's name on the deed prior to us buying the property. Essentially, he is now 1/2 owner. We are wanting to build a new house and sell this house. Can he be removed from the deed, or can we sell the house with his name on the deed?
