I was wondering how long I can post pone a court case? I have been ticketed with an MIP in Michigan and I am still on probation for recieving and consealing stolen property. So I was hoping I can delay the case until my probation is up June 2001. Is it possiple to delay my case that long, or since I was ticketed for it during my probabtion time, will I still violate my probation?
Thnx Lance

I am a law school graduate. What I offer is mere information, not to be construed as forming an attorney client relationship.

No, because you are postponing for less than honorable reasons, not a good thing!!!!!!

So.....you need to talk to a criminal defense attorney in your state to see what can become of all of your outstanding stuff.
