Iam 17 years old, I was at my friends house playing games and having a few drinks with some of my classmates. We were not being loud, or driving cars, or harrassing anyone. The cops showed up at the door and yeld police open the door or I will break it down. We were all very scared, and have been told to never open the door to the cops, because it is considered a invite, and they can bust everyone there. But they just keept it up and telling us we would get into alot more trouble if we did not open the door. My friend got scared and opened the door. The cops said they saw one of us through the window with a beer, and that gave them the right to inter the house. We are all Honnor students, and basically good kids. we all had to blow in a breathalizer, I blew a .015, and they taped me with out my knowlege, saying I had a couple of beers..can the cops do this to us kids? can they just barge into a private residence like that? or stand outside harassing us, untill someone opens the door? I want to plead not guilty, but Iam very scared on what to do.....please help

Was the kid ,the officer happened to see through the window, hanging out of it? Bottom line you were a minor and you were drinking. If your old enough to break the law your old enough to play with the big boys. Stop drinking until your old enough, then think very hard about it first. That's my advice.
