What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Michigan

I was at a concert with my friend when we were approached by security and they grabbed my friend and told me to follow them to the security tent. They took my friend into the tent and gave him the breathalyzer while I stood outside with the security guard. After they had given my friend an MIP they brought me in and asked if I had drank anything. I said no because I only had 2 shots a few hours before the concert and thought it'd be so minimal that it wouldn't matter. They asked me to take out my gum and blow into the breathalyzer so I complied. After I blew they said you're ok just get him home safe and I was about to go. Then the other cop there said zero tolerance you're getting one too. I only blew a .06% and I want to know if there is anyway I can get this ticket waived because I blew such a small number. I usually drink once or twice a month and never really drink more than a few beers or shots. I never drink and drive or anything. Does such a low PBT matter?

0.06 is NOT a small number. You're not supposed to drink at all. The limit is .02. If you had driven with this amount you'd be even in a worse situation.
Michigan is all over the place as to whether the court will give you a deferral on this. Some judges will, some won't. I'd recommend at least talking to a lawyer who's familiar with the court you're charged in.

Wow. I'll echo the other advice. 0.06% several hours after you stopped drinking indicates that you were well above the legal limit even for adults who are driving - that is, you were intoxicated.

A few beers or shots once or twice a month is a serious problem for a minor. You really should seek help with your problem.
