What is the name of your state? Kentuck

On Dec 27,2004 my son along with 3 other boys were involved in egging
3 cars, this was during Christmas break. On Jan 3,2005 the boys all returned to
school after the break and 3 police officers called each boy out of class and
questioned each boy, the only thing my son told me that the police informed
him of was that he had the right to an attorney, nothing else. This is now
Jan 27,2005 and I have yet to hear from the police... My son and I went to see the Court Designated Worker today. My question is was my sons or my
rights violated.. This did not happen on school property nor when school was in session why did the police not come to our house and question him? Also did the school violate my sons rights?

Well Beleze Breeze I actually had a face to face conversation with a real attorney today and seems that I may actually have a lawsuit... I don't know
where your info came from but I will see you on the evening news....

Please point out where, in your initial post above, you asked anything about grounds for a lawsuit. I will be more than happy to wait.

And I would stronly suggest, before you sell the farm to pay this attorney, you tell him/her to do their homework.

have them read Yarborough v. Alvarado, 02-1684, which can be found here.
