I got in trouble with the law just after I turned 18yrs old. I was sentenced with two misdemeanors: Tresspassing, breaking & entering. I was just wondering how long these will stay on my record? I live in Virginia. I was still in school when this happened and my "Friends" and I were pulling a prank turned bad. I have since grown up and am having problems with getting a job because of it. I need to know when I can stop putting these misdemeanors on applications.
