last year i went to a surgeon and he diagnoised me with an impengment and arthitis. after surgury the arm never got better so i went to a different surgeon. he informed me i had two liberal tears. the first surgeon removed part of my clavicle in which i'm still having problems with. because of having to have another surgury i've been off work 10months instead of 3 months. i was wanting to sue for lost wages and pain and suffering because the last 5 months i've had no income.i live in kentucky
