My question is at lot like 662grl's. My cousin works at a drug store and got busted selling alcohol to an underage undercover cop. She got arrested, fired, and charged a misdomeanor.The store is located in Alex,va. My cousin is 18. I don't know what the legal age to sell is but if she was underage shouldn't the store be at fault somewhat because she was underage(if she was actually underage)?Personally, I think if your not old enough to do it you shouldn't be selling it in the first place. Please advise!
