I attended a college for master's degree. In 2012 I completed my courses and left with final paper only. I wanted to do a research in my home country. My advisor was okay with me to submit my paper from abroad. Therefore, I left the States in 2012 for good. I was employed at a 5 star business hotel as a manager on duty. Soon after I had an email from my advisor saying that the guidelines for submitting final paper has changed and also the Dean does not agree with submitting the paper from abroad, so I have to come back to the States.
I decided to come back to do the research and get my degree. In March, 2015 I quit my job and came back to the States with a tourist visa and granted only six month to stay.
My advisor got retired when I was home and I had to find another one. Although on the college's web page it says that I have to contact to the Dean to change my advisor, Dean said that I have to find an advisor myself. Funny?. I pretty much emailed all the advisors to ask for assistance for my final paper. Some of them did not get back at all, some said that they are busy with other students.
Finally, After I came back to the States in April 2015, with the help of admissions I found an advisor to work with. However, he stopped getting back to my emails with no reason. I went to his office to tell him that I sent him an email. He said he will get back to me as soon as possible but never did.
I had to proceed without an advisor as my time here was limited.
Again, with the help of admissions, I found another advisor and submited my paper and it has been approved.

So the key to this question is that the college made me come back to the States because of the strict guidelines. But in the end, I submitted my paper without seeing my advisor in person at all. Everything has been done via email and I was asked to ship the final draft to her home address. REALLY?

Why did I have to come back to the States then, while everything I have done could be done at home too?

I had to quit my job, spend money for my trip, visa, immigration status extension, and for my living here in the States. Not to mention that I had to take a break from building a career at home.

I do have all the email conversations with Dean, my previous advisor, and all the advisors that I asked for assistance and all the emails that never got a response.

I am extremely dissappointed.

Do I have a case?

You have no case. It's not uncommon or unreasonable for the rules to change with the passage of time (you seem to have waited several years). Further, it's not the schools fault you chose to use an inappropriate visa.
