What is the name of your state? Hawaii
I attend a private pharmacy related program that is seeking accreditation from the appropriate acceditating body. The school is owned by a private corporation that over enrolled students (perhaps purposely for the money). The tuition is 28K x 230+ students.
My question is the CEO of the private corporation made misleading and false statements about the relationship between the accreditating body and pharmacy school. Students were mislead to believe everything was ok when it truely was not. The period for refunding of tuition is over and now the school is beginning to weed out students. The cirriculum is not followed as stated during orientation and students who fail courses are forced to pay for summer school. During orientation there was no mention of fees associated with summer school.
There are no current policies written that states their summer school fee.
Summer school is one example about how the school is conducting itself. Do students have a case?
