Misleading Applicants?
What is the name of your state? Virginia
Can a employer make false claims in description on a Job Posting on a State VEC Website in order to attract the best possible candidates for a start up company, then offer the applicants some lesser deal in hopes that there desperate enough to accept it? Basically they advertise a full time position with a huge hourly pay. When you contact them, its commission percentage work based on your solicitation skills, and order volume. You have to be available for the 40 hours a week, but you only get paid a commission if there’s work based on the invoice amount billed the customer. Not described on the posting.
Unfortunately I fell for one of these hoaxes, even signed a non-compete based on verbal promises that never came true. What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state?
