Over this past summer I entered into an agreement with the town marina to store my Laser sailboat with spars(masts). At the end of the storage contract, I went to pick up my boat and equipment. However, I found that the mast rack was moved and all the equipment on the rack was removed, including my masts.

I've tried to contact the manager of the boat marina several times, but to no avail. Do I have any recourse in being reimbursed for the masts that were misplaced (approximately $600.00) and storage fees ($120.00)? This marina is located in Bristol, Rhode Island.

Thanks.
