I live in WV and I recently bought a car from an online auction. The seller described the car as run and drive with no problems. When I got the car the battery was so dead the doors wouldnt even unlock. I got the car started and started to take off and found out the transmission was slipping and couldnt get the car to pull out. The car was sold as-is, but wouldnt this still be misrepresentation and false advertisement?
