What is the name of your state? CA

What if you don't have your full Ch. 13 payment? I have most of it. A few $100 short tho. :(

If this is a one time thing, contact your lawyer and get him to explain the problem to your trustee along with the arrangements to get caught up. If the problem is ongoing, you need to ask your attorney about modifying the plan.
